Standards before scale

No strings does not mean no boundaries.

NSA Playmates is envisioned as an adults-only space where consent, eligibility, lawful participation, privacy choices, and meaningful enforcement are part of the product foundation.

This is prototype policy direction—not a published safety program, legal guarantee, verification system, or privacy certification.

Four operating principles

Pleasure works better with clarity.

01

Adults only

Age and identity controls should be proportionate to the feature, jurisdiction, and level of risk.

02

Consent is active

Consent can be specific, conditional, changed, or withdrawn. Silence and past participation are not permission.

03

Boundaries are visible

Profiles, collaboration discussions, and request flows should make limits, expectations, participation choices, and prohibited behavior easy to understand.

04

Reports have outcomes

Blocking, reporting, evidence review, appeals, and escalation need documented and testable workflows.

Policy architecture

What a real launch must resolve.

Each area below requires legal review, implementation, staffing, vendor diligence, abuse testing, and clear user communication before related features go live.

Age, identity, and eligibility

Define which checks apply to viewers, creators, sellers, buyers, and anyone using location or scheduling features. Minimize retained identity data and document vendor responsibilities.

Consent, collaboration, and prohibited activity

Publish specific rules for active consent, production participation, creator control, depicted-person rights, coercion, impersonation, exploitation, trafficking indicators, prohibited content, and lawful adult conduct.

Privacy and location

Use coarse location by default, explain visibility controls, prevent unnecessary metadata exposure, and define deletion and retention behavior.

Payments and disputes

Use providers that explicitly support the permitted business model. Define refunds, chargebacks, holds, taxes, sanctions screening, and prohibited transactions.

Moderation and support

Plan reporting response times, urgent escalation, evidence handling, moderator safety, appeals, repeat-offender controls, and transparency reporting.

Ethical content direction

Ethical content is a production practice—not a badge.

It means every depicted adult is directly confirmed, understands the agreed scope, boundaries, audience, usage, and credit, and has a defined way to raise concerns. Content should remain private when required participation or rights information is incomplete, with protected records kept separate from public profiles.

The prototype intentionally avoids claiming total privacy, guaranteed safety, complete verification, ethical certification, or legal compliance. Those outcomes require finished systems, qualified review, accountable operations, and continuous enforcement.
